HIGH SCHOOL: Played soccer at Seattle Prep...named Most Improved Player in 2006...voted Most Valuable Player as senior...two-time first team All-Metro League and two-time second team All-State 3A...Most Inspirational Player as senior...reached State 3A finals three times...won two Metro League titles in three straight appearances.

EMILY ECKMANN'S COLLEGIATE CAREER

FRESHMAN (2010): Appeared in 18 matches, started 17...scored one goal and notched one assist...made collegiate debut on opening day against the University of Utah at the Washington State University Tournament...notched first career assist, assisted Sarah Rhodes' match-winner at the University of Montana...scored first career goal, also the match-winner, against the University of Colorado...helped the Gonzaga defense post three shutouts.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Appeared and started in all 19 matches for the Zags...finished the season with one goal and one assist for three total points...had 13 shots, four of which were on goal...her lone goal of the season came in a game where she also tallied her assist (vs. Eastern Washington, Sept. 10)... Had a season-high three shots versus Saint Mary's College, Oct. 7...recorded one shot against fourth ranked Pepperdine University, Oct.21...As a mainstay in the Bulldog midfield, helped the Zag post seven shutouts...was named West Coast Conference First Team All-Academic.

JUNIOR (2012): Named West Coast Conference All-Academic honorable mention…played and started all 20 matches for the Bulldogs…ended the year tied for second in assists with three…her three total points tied for eighth on the squad…also finished with 18 shots and three points…had an assist in the Bulldogs opening 3-1 win over the University of South Dakota, Aug. 17…notched her second assist in the Zags 3-0 shutout of the University of Nevada, Sept. 30…final assist came in the Zags final match of the season; a 4-1 victory over the Eastern Washington University, Nov. 4.

SENIOR (2013): Played in all 19 matches for the Zags, getting the starting nod 17 times…ended the year scoring two goals – tied for third most on the squad…her four total points was fifth highest on the team…tallied the Bulldogs lone goal in their 2-1 setback at Oklahoma State, Sept. 1…scored the final goal in the Zags 3-1 victory at Loyola Marymount, Oct. 13…tabbed West Coast Conference All-Academic honorable mention.

Misc.: Received Faculty Excellence Award in 2006...made President's and Dean's Lists twice...father, Lee, played soccer at the University of Washington...brother, Adam, is a member of the University of Colorado cross country team...played club soccer for ECFC 92' Green...won five State championships in six years...member of 2006 Far West Region IV championship team...named White Pivitol Player in 2006.
