FRESHMAN (2009-10): Cross Country: Competed in five events...best 5K time of 19:01 for 15th place at the Montana Invitational hosted by the University of Montana...ran 16:37 for 4K at Clash of the Northwest at Spokane's Mead High, and 6K time of 24:31 to finish 17th at the West Coast Preview hosted by the University of Portland at Per Park. Track: Ran a variety of distance events...posted season-best 5000 meters time of 18:51.83 at the Duane Hartman Invitational hosted by Community College of Spokane to finish 14th...finished second in lone 10,000 meters outing at Buc Scoring Invite at Spokane's Whitworth University in 40:41.93 and placed 12th in 3000 meter steeplechase in 12:26.26 at WAR III hosted by the Community Colleges of Spokane.

SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Cross Country: Competed in all six meets...set PR for 5K with 18:55 at Montana Invitational hosted by University of Montana to finish 18th on same course she had best time as freshman...also broke 19 minutes with 18:59.3 following outing at Inland Northwest Challenge hosted by Eastern Washington University...ran 22:24 for 6K at West Coast Conference Championship to finish 23rd, bettering 6K time of 24:31 set as freshman. Track: Ran primarily 5000 meters, setting PR with first sub-18 minute time of 17:59.75 to finished eighth at the Oregon Relays in Eugene...ran 1500 meters twice with PR of 4:50.69 in Al Manuel Invitational at University of Montana...ran 10,000 meters in West Coast Invitational at Pier Park in Portland, Ore., in PR of 39:11.93 to finish 11th.

JUNIOR (2011-12):  Cross Country: Ran just two meets unattached as she redshirted because of heavy class load...ran 14:54.4 for 4.2 miles in Clash of the Inland Northwest at Mead High to finish 15th to open the season...finished 13th in 27:11.3 for 6K at Erik Anderson Invitational at Plantes Ferry.  Track: Competed in six meets, running 1500 meters, 3000 meter steeplechase and 5000 meters twice each...won two races, the 1500 at the Whitworth Twilight hosted by Spokane's Whitworth University in a season-best 4:52.02 and the 5000 meters in a then career-best 18:04.89 at the Sam Adams Classic hosted by the Community Colleges of Spokane...best 5000 meters time was 18:03.28 to finish 12th at Oregon Relays hosted by the University of Oregon...set career best for 3000 meter steeplechase with 10:59.17 to finish sixth at the West Coast Invitational hosted by Willamette University.

JUNIOR (2012-13):  Cross Country: Missed season opener but came back to place 8th at WCC Preview in Portland, Ore., in 6k PR of 21:33.43…set 6K PR again at West Coast Conference Championship in Portland in 21:10 over Fernhill Park course…placed 77th in NCAA West Regional in Seattle in 21:20…best 5K outing of season was PR 17:35 to place 20th at Bill Dellinger Invitational in Springfield, Ore.  Track: Concentrated on 3000 meter steeplechase, setting school record three times…won  Buc Scoring Invitational at Spokane’s Whitworth University in meet record 11:14.24…began her assault on school record at San Francisco State Distance Carnival with 10:58.98 to finish third…set mark at Oregon Relays hosted by University of Oregon, finishing fifth in 10:47.47 and capped season with another school record of 10:46.73 to finish fifth at West Coast Invitational in Salem, Ore….ran 5K twice with a career-best 17:48.58 to place 4th at Duane Hartman Invitational hosted by Community Colleges of Spokane.
