FRESHMAN (2010-11): Cross Country: Ran unattached in first meet of season but moved to varsity for Sundodger Invitational hosted by University of Washington, running 25:48.30 for 8K to finished 54th...set PR with 25:21.0 to finish 12th at Inland Northwest Challenge hosted by Eastern Washington University. Track: Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE (2011-12):  Cross Country:  Finished 16th in season-opening Clash of the Inland Northwest in 19:10.0 for 6.2-miles…placed second in 19:49.7 for 4-mile layout in Sunriver, Ore., in dual upset of University of Oregon…best 8K outing of the season a 25:08.9 to place 21st at Inland Northwest Cross Country Challenge at Spokane Falls CC…finished 29th in West Coast Conference Championship in 25:55.0 and placed 106th in NCAA West Regional at Stanford in 31:41.0 for 10K.  Track:  Concentrated primarily on 500 meters with shorter races for speed work…best 5K outing was 14:41.50 for second at Duane Hartman Invitational at Community College of Spokane…won 1500 at Whitworth Twilight in 3:58.94 and followed two weeks later with a season-best 3:55.97 for second in Section B at Oregon Relays in Eugene, Ore….lone 800 meters outing of the season a 1:59.93 for 14th at Sam Adams Classic hosted by Whitworth College.

JUNIOR (2012-13):  Cross Country:  Finished 11th in season-opening Clash of the Inland Northwest in career-best 18:57.7 for 6.2-miles at Spokane’s Mead High…best 8K time was 23:51.28 to place 17th at WCC Preview at Fernhill Park in Portland, Ore….placed 38th in West Coast Conference Championship in 25:22 and 115th at NCAA West Region at Jefferson Golf Course in Seattle in 31:52 for 10K.  Track:  Competed in just two meets…placed fourth in 1500 meters in 4:01.00 at Duane Hartman Invitational at CC of Spokane and 15th at West Coast Invitational hosted by Willamette University in Salem, Ore., in career-best 3:52.70.
