Clark Phillips' Collegiate Career

FRESHMAN (2011):  Appeared in all 19 matches and started final six matches of the season...scored first two Gonzaga goals in 3-2 double-overtime home win over San Diego, and started rush on match-winning play for assists as Nathanael Pacheco scored decisive goal at 101:25...had lone goal in next match in 1-1 home tie with Portland...first collegiate start at Portland in 2-0 setback, then had assist in second start in 3-2 home loss to Saint Mary's...scored team-leading fourth goal of season in 4-1 loss at Loyola Marymount...three assists and 11 points were both team-leading marks...became first Bulldog to earn West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year honor and also earned All-WCC honorable mention honors.

SOPHOMORE (2012):  Played for the Portland Timers U23 in the Premiere Developmental League during the summer, his 4 goals tied for second and his 8 points second as team advanced to Western Conference semifinals…one of three players to start all 19 matches for Gonzaga…paced team in goals (5), had 2 assists and a team-leading 12 points…scored first GU goal of season in 2-1 setback at Washington in season opener…also had tallies against Manhattan in 3-0 win in Gonzaga Nike Soccer Classic, at Portland on a penalty kick in a 4-1 setback, at Loyola Marymount in a 2-1 loss and at home against LMU in 3-1 defeat…recorded assists against Seattle on match-winning goal in 2-1 victory and UC Irvine in 2-1 win…9 career goals rank tied for 9th on Gonzaga charts, 5 assists one shy of cracking the Top 10 and 23 career points rank 10th…named All-West Coast Conference honorable mention and WCC All-Academic honorable mention with 3.53 GPA in business administration.

JUNIOR (2013): Played for Portland Timbers U23 in Premier Development League (PDL) during summer…appeared in 13 matches with nine starts for 811 minutes, the latter ranking second on team for field players…scored three goals for six points, both ranking him second on team…named honorable mention PDL Team of the Week selection after scoring both goals in a 2-1 win over North Sound Sea Wolves FC on May 18, the SeaWolves roster including Gonzaga teammates Nick and Zach Hamer…also scored against North Sound Sea Wolves FC on May 31 in a 2-0 win for the Timbers. 

SENIOR (2014):  Played for FC Tucson in the Premier Developmental League…played in nine matches with 4 goals and an assist for 9 points.
