HIGH SCHOOL: Was a 4-year member of the girl's soccer team at Corvallis high school where she scored 14 goals and tallied three assists...Corvallis won the Mid-Willamette Conference in 2008, 2010 and 2011...the 2011 squad went undefeated in conference and the 2010 team made it to the state quarterfinals...for her efforts, Nelson was named the 2011 Mid-Willamette Conference Player of the Year, first team All-State and first team All-Mid-Willamette.

Kellyn Nelson's Collegiate Career

FRESHMAN (2012): Played in 16 matches for the Bulldogs…finished the season scoring one goal for two points…scored the game-winning goal at the University of Idaho in a 3-2 victory, Aug. 24…played a season-high 44 minutes in a 4-2 setback at the University of Oregon on Sept. 16.

Misc.: Earned the 2011 Greater Corvallis Rotary Student Athlete Award and is a member of the National Honor Society.
