HIGH SCHOOL:  As a freshman and sophomore, attended Moscow high school... at Moscow she earned 4A All-Inland Empire honors both seasons and as a sophomore led the team to the 4A Inland Empire League Championship and 4A Inland League Empire Regional Championship...in first season at Lewiston high school, she averaged 8.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.7 steals per game and led the Bengals to a 23-4 overall mark and to the 5A State Championship...for her efforts as a junior, was named 5A All-Inland Empire and 5A All-State...Lewiston was also named the 2010-11 North Idaho High School Team of the Year...named the 2010-11 Female Athlete of the Year at Lewiston...earned 5A All-Inland Empire second team and 5A All-State senior season after helping Lewiston to a 22-4 record and their second-straight Class 5A title...ranked as high as 22nd by ESPN HoopGurlz for a wing players...was also a four-year letterwinner of the volleyball squad...as a senior volleyball player, earned 5A All-Inland Empire honors, was the Bengal Offensive Player of the Year and a District II All-Star.

Chelsea Waters Collegiate Career

FRESHMAN (2012-13): Game-by-game statistics...saw action in 30 of 33 games for the Bulldogs…averaged 1.8 points and 2.2 rebounds…also had 10 steals, five assists and two blocks on the year…first collegiate points came in GU’s win over USC, Nov. 11; she made a layup…scored five or more points twice and had five or more rebounds four different times…scored a career-high nine points in win over the University of San Francisco, Feb. 7…against the Dons, she drained 3-of-5 from the field and sank 3-of-4 at the charity stripe, while also grabbing five rebounds and dishing out two assists…grabbed a career-high seven rebounds against Missouri State, Nov. 20 in the Hardwood Tournament of Hope in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico…had two steals in win at Portland State University, Dec. 7.

Misc.: 3.33 high school GPA...father Frank Waters played basketball at the University of Idaho...brother Maurice Waters was a member of the track and field team at Idaho.
