2015: Appeared in 11 games as a junior, starting four…hit .167 with three hits, five runs scored, two RBIs, two walks, and a .318 on base percentage…starting DH Feb. 14 at CSUN…first hit of season Feb. 27 versus Bakersfield, bringing in two RBIs and scoring a run with first carer triple…scored three runs on one hit, one walk, and two hit by pitches in 10-run win at Arkansas March 11…scored a run off one hit and a walk March 16 versus san Francisco...started as designated hitter March 18 versus BYU.

2014: Played in 32 games as a sophomore, starting 13…second on the team with .317 batting average, bringing in 8 RBIs on 19 hits…four multi-hit games…nabbed two stolen bases in three attempts…made season debut Feb. 15 vs. Nebraska, bringing home an RBI on one hit…hit in three consecutive games twice: Feb. 27 – March 2 and March 21-25…first two-hit game came March 30 vs. Loyola Marymount…drove in one RBI and scored three runs on four hits – two of them doubles – during WCC Championships May 22-23.

2013: Appeared in 18 games as a freshman…made two starts, both as the DH…went 3-for-16 for a .188 batting average…had 5 RBI and scored 3 runs…first collegiate hit came against Arizona State (Mar. 3), went 1-for-1 with 2 RBI…first start came against San Diego (Mar. 24), went 1-for-4 with 2 RBI…second start came against Saint Mary’s (Apr. 13).  

Auburn Riverside High School: Played baseball all four years at Auburn Riverside…manned third base and played in the outfield for the Ravens…2012 Washington All-State Team MVP…hit .410 as a senior…named to the 2012 SPSL Senior All-Star Team…also named All-League in 2012 and 2011…played football for two years…named Outstanding Junior Scholar, King Solomon Lodge…four-time honor roll member…four-time WIAA Distinguished Scholastic Award winner…four-time SPSL Scholar-Athlete Award winner.

Personal: Parents are Susan and David…has one brother named Christopher…uncle Eric Sandberg played baseball in the Minnesota Twins farm system, making it to the AAA level…majoring in finance and economics…wants to be a financial advisor after graduation…chose Gonzaga because he liked the Spokane area, the baseball program, and the academic atmosphere…has never broken a bone in his body.
