History

Opened in 2008, Gonzaga Soccer Field is one of the best facilities on the West Coast. The first game on the new field was a women's soccer game against Portland State University, Aug. 24. The first of four phases included the main playing field and a practice field, the plaza, press box, main ticket booth, berms and site landscaping. Phases II, III, IV rounded out work on the Soccer Field, including the main grandstands, locker rooms, concessions, restrooms and the installation of the stadium lights.
