HEAD COACH DAN GEHN’S THOUGHTS ON THE UPCOMING HEAD OF THE SNAKE: “Racing on the snake is always an adventure, especially in November. You can expect cold, wind, snow and that is exactly what is forecasted. We mixed our boats a bit more since the Head of the Lake and we are ready to race.”

WHAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR AT THE HEAD OF THE SNAKE?: Gonzaga University men’s rowing won three of five races at the 2012 Head of the Snake. After defeating Washington State University the week prior to the 2012 Head of the Snake, the Bulldogs dropped the marquee Varsity 8+ race to the Cougars. Gonzaga was victorious in the Second Varsity 8+ race, Novice 8+ race, and the Varsity 4+ race.

GONZAGA LINEUPS: The Gonzaga University men’s rowing lineups for the Head of the Snake were not available at the time of this release.
