HIGH SCHOOL:  Attended both Sylmar High in Los Angeles, Calif., and Van Nuys, Calif., High from which he graduated...joined Sylmar High team in February, 2007...scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Sylmar posted 88-78 victory at San Fernando in a Valley Mission League game...scored eight of his 10 points in first quarter of City Section Championship playoff game loss to Crenshaw...transferred to Van Nuys in 2007-08 but was one of four transfers who were not granted eligibility by School District officials...played for Stoneridge Preparatory School in 2008-09 and played in the National Prep School Invitational held at the University of Rhode Island...Stoneridge Prep lost both games, but he scored 33 points and hit six 3-pointers - five in a row in the second half - and went 13-for-20 overall from the field in a 76-68 loss to Nia Prep of New Jersey.

FRESHMAN (2009-10):  Attended Midland, Texas, College, averaging 9.2 ppg, 3.9 rpg and shooting 40 percent from beyond the arc as Midland finished 30-3 overall after falling in the title game of the Region V tournament.

SOPHOMORE (2010-11):  Attended Midland, Texas, College where he helped lead the Chaparrals to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I national championship, beating the College of Southern Idaho 72-64 in the title game...Midland began the season ranked No. 1 in the polls...averaged 16.3 ppg and 7.0 rpg in the national tournament...scored 15 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in the title game, had 14 points and 7 rebounds in a 79-68 semifinal win over Southeastern Community College, scored 18 points and hauled in 12 rebounds in an 86-76 quarterfinal victory over Wabash Valley College and opened the tournament with 18 points and 2 rebounds in a 75-71 win over Chattanooga State while playing just 22 minutes before fouling out...for the tournament went 15-for-24 from the field for 62.5 percent, 4-for-10 from 3-point range and 23-for-30 from the free throw line for 76.7 percent...during the regular season averaged 9.4 ppg, 5.9 rpg and shot 40 percent from 3-point range in leading the Chaps to a 33-4 overall record.

JUNIOR (2011-12):  Missed exhibition contest and first eight regular-season games while serving a suspension handed down by the NCAA, the suspension for when he played in the French Pro A League prior to being enrolled at Gonzaga and the NCAA ruled his professional experience was in violation of the NCAA by-laws on amateurism...returned to see his first action against Arizona in The Battle in Seattle, playing 10 minutes and missing both of his shots, grabbing two rebounds and handing out an assist...as playing time increased so did his production...scored nine point in WCC opener at home against Portland on 3-for-5 night from the field and 3-for-4 from the line...after scoring just four points and playing 16 minutes on two-game road trip to Saint Mary's and Loyola Marymount, caught fire upon return home...in 21 minutes against San Francisco scored 15 points on 5-of-6 from the field including 3-of-4 from 3-point range...played 26 minutes next game against San Diego and would play double-digit minutes the remainder of the season with exception of 5-minute stint  at BYU...scored 13 points three times down the stretch - at Pepperdine, home against Loyola Marymount and at San Diego...went 6-for-10 from field against LMU...scored 11 points in WCC Tournament semifinal victory over BYU.

Misc.:   Born in Agboville, Republic of Côte d'Ivoire - commonly known in English as the Ivory Coast - but grew up in Paris, France... French is the national language of the Ivory Coast, which was a former French colony from 1893 until gaining its independence in 1960...bbecause his grandfather was from the Ivory Coast, the national team called Landry a in 2010 and asked him if he wanted to play for the squad...Landry had played for the 16-and-under French national team, and because of that, he had to write FIBA a letter, stating that he wanted to play for the Ivory Coast... averaged 10.2 ppg and 2.6 rpg for Ivory Coast, which went 1-4 in Group C in the tourney and just missed advancing out of pool play...second in scoring only to Mohammed Kone, a professional basketball player in the Turkish Basketball League and former standout at the College of Southern Idaho and Valparaiso.
