Dennis Kalina Assumes NACMA Presidency
June 13, 2008
DALLAS - Dennis Kalina, Gonzaga University associate athletic director/development, assumed the presidency of the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) at the organization's 17th annual national convention that concluded Thursday.
Gonzaga also received an award at the convention for its women's basketball commercial from this past season, taking a bronze in Group II for promoting upcoming women's basketball games. The commercial was a collaboration of Gonzaga Director of Marketing Matt Beckman, his interns and the Spokane-based advertising and brand design firm of Magner Sanborn LLC, which filmed and edited the commercial.
