High School: Finished 2nd place overall for Brophy College prep High at the Arizona High school state cross country championships. Has run 9:12 for 3200m, and 4:17 for 1600m. Qualified for the New Balance Outdoor nationals in the steeplechase. Finished runner up at his state meet in the 3200, as well as finishing 3rd in the 1600 that same year.
Personal. Plans to study mechanical engineering. Both of his brothers ran collegiately, with one running for Arizona State University and the other running for Georgetown University. Chose Gonzaga “for a multitude of reasons, including: Great opportunities for life after college, a hardworking and talented team with a good dynamic, the coaching staff works hard and does their part to make the team get better, and a challenging academic setting in the honors program. Is secretly addicted to Orange juice and hopes to own his own engineering firm down the road.
