Results

SPOKANE, Wash. - Jill Semenza and Joe Miller continue to run well for Gonzaga University this spring.

Semenza won her third race in as many weeks, taking the 5000 meters in a career-best 18:07.50 at the Dusty Lane Open hosted by the Community College of Spokane. She won earlier titles this season in the 3000 and 1500 meters.

Miller won his second crown of the spring and his first outdoors by taking the 5000 meters in 15:03.34, eight seconds off his school record of 14:55.68 set last year.

Other top Bulldog performances Saturday included Emily Buck's third-place finish in the 1500 meters in 5:03.81, Ryan Anderson's runner-up finish in the 1500 meters in 4:11.98 and Kara Rasmussen's second-place finish in the 800 meters in 2:28.54.
