PORTLAND, Ore. - Gonzaga University men's cross country finished 21st in the NCAA West Regionals on Saturday afternoon. Ryan Anderson was the top finisher for the Bulldogs as he placed 84th with a time of 31:56 in the pool of 173 competitors.

Also running for Gonzaga, Joe Miller, 103rd in 32:24; Joe Manning, 123rd in 33:02; David Hannon, 149th in 34:07; Dan Futrell, 155th in 34:47; Eric Berge, 158th in 34:52; and Pete Cushman, 161st in 35:18. Cushman is the lone senior for the Bulldogs.

Gonzaga ended its season with a second-place finish in West Coast Conference, the first such finish since 1995 when they finished second behind Portland for the ninth-straight year.
