2017: Appeared in 22 games as a junior, starting one…went 1-1 with 3.56 ERA, three saves, and 39/12 strikeout/walk ratio in 48.0 innings of work…made season debut Feb. 19 with three innings of one-run, two-hit ball versus Indiana…three shutout innings in game two March 4 at California, earning a save…season-high five innings and six strikeouts March 12 at Cal State Fullerton, not allowing a run…picked up save after four innings of one-run ball April 7 versus San Diego…four frames of one run ball April 7 versus Santa Clara…earned first win of season April 14 at Santa Clara, going two innings and allowing just one unearned run…four strikeouts in 3.1 scoreless frames April 23 at Portland…fanned five in 2.2 scoreless innings May 18 versus BYU...saw action in two WCC Championships games May 25-27.

2015: Posted 2-5 record with a 4.98 ERA as a freshman…threw 47.0 innings, third-most on the team, while allowing 26 earned runs and striking out 24…appeared in 15 games, starting seven…made collegiate debut Feb. 15 at CSUN, throwing 6.0 innings and striking out two in the start…earned first win Feb. 21 in game two at UC Davis, pitching 8.0 innings of two run ball…struck out season high five batters while earning the win at Arkansas March 10, Gonzaga’s first win over an SEC opponent…threw 3.1 innings in relief versus Washington March 27, fanning two Huskies…threw 3.2 innings while allowing one unearned run March 27 at Loyola Marymount…threw 3.0 scoreless innings at No. 2 UCLA May 1…fanned four batters in 6.0 innings, allowing two runs at Oregon May 13.

Sunnyslope High School: Pitched all four years at Sunnyslope…two-time First Team All-State honoree…also picked up All-Conference First Team as a senior after going 6-3 with a 1.60 ERA in 65.2 innings and 81 strikeouts…as a sophomore in 2012, was named Phoenix Player of the Year and an All-Arizona selection…tallied a 1.47 ERA in 77 innings with 12 wins and 76 strikeouts that year.

Personal: Son of Debbie and Mark…has three siblings: Nikki, Cory, and Tyler…Cory was on the GU baseball team as well, Tyler played for South Mountain Community College, and their grandpa played baseball at Arizona…majoring in sports management with career goals of being a professional baseball player or coaching baseball and teaching…chose Gonzaga because of the family atmosphere, prestigious academics, and great baseball program…was originally a right-handed thrower.
