HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three varsity letters playing under Ron Brooks at Shadle Park High...hit .440 with five home runs and 24 RBI his senior season...named to the All-Greater Spokane League team in both his junior and senior seasons with an honorable mention in his sophomore season...hit .450 with eight home runs and 25 RBI his junior season. SOPHOMORE (2006): Played and started in 53 games...batted .338, ranking second among regulars...led Gonzaga with 57 RBI, second on the team with 77 hits, including 14 doubles and seven home runs...earned second-team All-WCC honors...posted 29 multi-hit games, with a 17-game hit streak...had 17 multi-RBI games...went 4-for-5 with three home runs and 10 RBI against Chicago State...named WCC Player of the Week on March 6.
