HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three varsity letters in baseball and two varsity letters in football at Borah High...registered 13 triples, 22 doubles, nine home runs and 52 RBI senior season...first-team All-Southern Idaho Conference as a junior and senior. SOPHOMORE (2005): Did not participate in baseball at Treasure Valley Community College JUNIOR (2006): Transferred to Gonzaga University...appeared in 17 games all in relief...earned a 3.66 ERA in 19.2 innings of work leading all regulars with 10 runs, eight earned, on 10 hits...posted a team-high three saves...combined with four other Gonzaga pitchers for a shutout over Chicago State. SENIOR (2007): Redshirted at Gonzaga University Misc.: Born 5-2-84...majoring in sports management...during the summer of 2006 posted a 4-2 record with a 1.31 earned run average for the Spokane Riverhawks of the West Coast Collegiate Baseball League...also recruited by the University of Utah and Lewis-Clark State College. |
