MALIBU, Calif. (AP) -Austin Daye scored 19 points and Matt Bouldin had 16 points and six rebounds as the Gonzaga Bulldogs beat the Pepperdine Waves, 92-57, in a West Coast Conference battle Monday night .

Daye hit seven of eight from the field, including two 3-pointers, and hit all four of his free throws.

David Pendergraft had 14 points and Josh Heytvelt scored 11 with seven rebounds for the Bulldogs (13-4 overall, 2-0 West Coast), who have a four-game win streak.

Gonzaga - which never trailed - led by 23 points at intermission, then kicked off the second half with a 10-point spurt.

With five minutes left, the Bulldogs' lead grew to 38 - its biggest of the evening.

Tyrone Shelley scored 15 points and had four steals for Pepperdine (6-12, 0-2), which has lost six out of seven.

The Bulldogs blazed out to a 20-point lead just eight minutes into the game, and, when the first half ended, they led 50-27.

Jeremy Pargo had eight assists and six steals for the Bulldogs, who outrebounded the Waves, 43-30.

The Bulldogs return home Saturday to face the University of San Diego, followed by a visit from the University of San Francisco the following Monday.
