San Diego Game Televised On Universal Sports In Seattle
Jan. 16, 2010
SEATTLE, Wash. - Gonzaga University's men's basketball game Saturday at 6 p.m. PST at the University of San Diego will be televised live in the Seattle area on Universal Sports (Comcast Channel 115) with the game tape delayed Sunday at 10 p.m. on FSN.
FSN has programming conflicts impacting three Gonzaga men's basketball telecasts this season, the first being Saturday's game at USD. Other conflicts are next Thursday when the Bulldogs host Pepperdine University and Feb. 18 when the Bulldogs travel to Loyola Marymount University, both games at 6 p.m. PST.
Contractual obligations as part of the KHQ-TV/FSN package require FSN to televise games in the Seattle area if there are previous programming commitments on FSN. All three games will be televised live as scheduled on KHQ-TV in Spokane.
The Pepperdine game will be shown in Seattle on Universal Sports and the LMU game will be televised on KONG-TV. Both games will be tape delayed on FSN at a yet-to-be-determined date and time.
