SPOKANE, Wash. - The third annual Gonzaga University Seattle Invitational Golf Tournament will be held June 11 at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course.

The day's activities start at 11:30 a.m. with registration, followed by lunch and practice range availability at noon, a shotgun start at 1 p.m. and awards and silent auction at 6:30 p.m. Members of Gonzaga's basketball coaching staff and athletics administration will participate as well as several former Zags basketball greats.

Registration is $375 per person and includes green fees with cart and practice facility privileges, an exclusive Gonzaga athletics tee prize, lunch with on-course hospitality and a dinner buffet and awards reception.

Golfers may request pairings, or teams will be matched by the tournament committee for handicap equity in either a best ball or scramble format.

"This has become a very popular event in the Seattle area," director of athletic giving Paul Brown said. "This tournament has grown every year and we expect another strong turnout this year."

Money raised in the event helps support Gonzaga's 300 student-athletes and helps make it possible for them to continue to compete at the highest level in the West Coast Conference and the NCAA.
