LOS ANGELES - The Gonzaga Bulldogs fell on the road on Friday night at Loyola Marymount, 2-1.

LMU scored both their goals in the first 25 minutes, with the first coming at 2:44 by Kris Fourcand and again at 23:28 by Alvaro Madrigal.

Three minutes after Theo O'Malley fired a shot on goal, GU was fouled in the box at 42:24, and Colton Cavey sent home the penalty kick, his first goal of the season as he returns from injury.

Christo Michaelson put two shots on LMU keeper Paul Lewis 10 minutes into the second half, and GU scattered some shots through the next 25 minutes, but did not register a shot past the 80-minute mark.

GU led in shots 10-7 and 5-4 in shots on goal. They led in corner kicks 6-5 and keeper Ben Willis made two saves.
