BERKLEY, Calif. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team posted had freshmen Scott Sullivan and Tyler Campbell each posted victories in the team's final day at the Wilson/ITA Northern Cal Championships in Berkley, Calif. Sunday.

Sullivan put himself into the Singles Consolation bracket's fourth round after he held on to beat Jon Kroopf of the University of California 6-3, 1-6, 1-0(10-3). Sullivan later lost his fourth round matchup to the University of Pacific's Vegerd Veskimagi 6-1, 6-2.

Campbell produced an impressive 6-2, 6-1 win over Mitch Del Rosario of the University of San Francisco 6-2, 6-1 to advance to the fourth round of the Singles Consolation bracket. He also later fell in his fourth round match to Artur Klimenka of Sacramento State University 6-3, 6-3.

Sophomore Conor Feeney dropped a back and forth third round match to Andrea Zannoni of Saint Mary's College 4-6, 7-6(2), 1-0(10-8) in his second round Singles Consolation bracket match.

Gonzaga once again had every competing player post at least one victory over the weekend while playing in one of the toughest fall tournaments on the West Coast.

The Zags open their spring season hosting Lewis & Clark State Jan. 20.
