The Gonzaga University men's tennis team, in conjunction with Eastern Washington University, will host the Gonzaga/Eastern Washington Tournament this weekend. Tournament play will open Friday at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the weekend.

Participating in the three-day event will be Gonzaga, Eastern Washington, the University of Montana, the University of Idaho, Portland State University, Whitworth College, Lewis-Clark State College and Spokane Community College.

The Bulldogs' Charles Adams, Conor Feeney, Roman Dojcak, Cooper Fratt, Stefan Feddersen and Zack Radetzky will play in the singles A bracket, while Zach Peach, Michael Schuster, Logan Napolsky and Casey McCoy will represent the Zags in the singles B draw.

Gonzaga will place four teams in the doubles bracket. Participating in doubles play will be the duos Adams and Radetzky, Napolsky and Schuster, Feeney and Fratt, as well as McCoy and Peach.

The Bulldogs opened the 2007 fall season last weekend at the Portland Invitational. Highlighting the tournament for Gonzaga was Radetzky, who captured the flight B championship.

This weekend's tournament will be held at the tennis courts just north of the Martin Centre on Gonzaga's campus. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the indoor courts on Eastern Washington's campus at Cheney, Wash.
