BOULDER - Windy conditions played havoc with Gonzaga University's women's golf team Tuesday on the final day of the Heather Farr Memorial/Colorado University Invitational.

Lacey Jo Manwaring, Sarah Sheffield and Sage Suffecool all shot 80 over the 6,211-yard, par 72 Omni Interlocken Golf Club - Vista/Sunshine layout. Rachel Sibbitt shot 81 and Anna Friedhoff carded an 88. Manwaring finished tied for 49th with a 233, Sheffield tied for 62nd at 236, Suffecool tied for 65th with a 238 and Sibbitt tied for 69th at 239.

Kayla Morinaga of Portland State University took medalist honors with a 2-under par 214. Colorado's Dominique Pytlewski, the 36-hole leader Monday, followed two strokes back with her even-par score and there were five players tied for third with a final total of 219.

The University of Colorado won the tournament with an 889. Gonzaga finished 18th at 946 after a 321 final round.

The Bulldogs will play their final fall tournament Oct. 15-17 at the Price's "Give `em Five" Intercollegiate hosted by New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM.
