Mangrobang And Araneta Lead The Zags In Lakewood

LAKEWOOD, Wash. – The Gonzaga Bulldogs completed round one and two of the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational at the Tacoma Country and Golf Club in Lakewood, Wash on Monday morning.
In round one, Jessica Mangrobang had a birdie on the par-four fourth. He second round was highlighted by an eagle on the par-four seventh. She is in 50th place after shooting a (82-79=161) to finish +17.
Diana Araneta was one stroke back finishing +18 on the day shooting (83-79=162) to sit in 55th place. In her second round, she collected birdies on the par-three third, par-four fourth, and par-four 13th.
Due to injuries, the Zags had three players in the field and are playing as individuals. Natalie Roth of North Dakota State leads the field at one-under par and her Bison lead the team field by four strokes at +31.
